What Can Be Returned

  • Items delivered in damaged condition, leaking packaging, or visibly spoiled quality can be reported for review.
  • Products that do not match your confirmed order, including the wrong item, missing units, or incorrect pack size, are eligible for correction.
  • Non-perishable sealed items may be considered for return if they remain unopened and the request is made promptly after delivery.

Items Usually Not Eligible

  • Fresh produce, dairy, frozen goods, and bakery items are generally not returnable once accepted unless there is a quality issue.
  • Opened consumables, partially used household goods, and items damaged after delivery are not eligible for refund or replacement.
  • Promotional bundles, discounted clearance products, and free giveaway items may be excluded unless the delivered product is defective or incorrect.

How To Request A Return

  • Report the issue as soon as possible through your order record or customer support so we can review it while delivery details are still fresh.
  • Share the order number, item name, and a short explanation of the issue. Photos of damaged or spoiled products help speed up approval.
  • Once reviewed, we may approve a refund, store credit, or replacement depending on the item category and stock availability.

Refunds And Replacements

  • Approved refunds are typically processed back to the original payment method or issued as store credit where applicable.
  • For cash-on-delivery orders, eligible adjustments may be issued as wallet credit, voucher value, or another supported refund channel.
  • Replacement requests depend on stock availability and delivery coverage at the time the claim is approved.

Important Conditions

  • FreshMart may decline claims when item condition cannot be reasonably verified, when the report is delayed excessively, or when misuse is evident.
  • Delivery charges, convenience fees, or promotional discounts may be adjusted when a partial order refund is issued.
